Introduction: By participating in this event or entering the premises, you hereby consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. This consent applies to all forms of media, including but not limited to video, audio, and still photography. Consent to Recording: I, the undersigned, hereby grant permission to [thewrightmove_llc/ Chess Psychology] (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and its agents, employees, or representatives to photograph, video record, and/or audio record me during the event, which may include interviews, event participation, or any other activities occurring during the event. Release of Rights: I understand that all recorded material may be used by the Company for marketing, advertising, promotional purposes, educational content, or any other lawful purpose. These recordings may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed without further permission from me. I understand that the Company owns all rights to the recorded materials, including any photographs, video, and audio recordings, and I will not be compensated for their use. Waiver of Liability: I release and discharge the Company, its agents, employees, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I, my heirs, representatives, or any other persons acting on my behalf may have by reason of this authorization, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or any other cause of action arising out of the use of these recordings. Use of Personal Information: I understand that my personal information (such as name, voice, and likeness) may be used in connection with the recorded materials, and I consent to such use. I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I may withdraw my consent to be recorded at any time by notifying the Company in writing prior to the event. Jurisdiction: This waiver and release is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this waiver shall be resolved in the courts of the State of New Jersey.
